Spas and swim spas
Inset spas and spas that are attached to the pool are typically covered with a Save-T 3 automatic system that covers both the pool and spa. If the spa is separate from the pool, the Autosave spa cover is usually the best system to cover the spa.
In-ground spas
Most new in-ground spas can accommodate an automatic cover system by using our standard Underside track installation with recessed mechanism. Provisions for the undertrack must be made prior to
construction.
Inset spas
Most inset spas on new freeform pools will use deck-on-deck construction and track channel with Underside track. This technique involves the construction of a rectangular deck slightly raised above the freeform deck. The tracks are placed under the
coping of the raised deck.
Existing in-ground spas
Universal track can cover existing in-ground spas of
virtually any shape or construction. If there is enough deck room to
run parallel tracks on opposite sides of the spa, then it most likely can be covered. The low-profile tracks are placed on top of the deck at the edge of the spa. The cover
mechanism can be housed either underground (recessed) or on top of the deck (deck-mounted). Foreground of photo shows spa using Universal track.
